Common questions

When is it coming out?

Soon. There is no date yet. The App Store link will go on the home page when it is ready.

Does Seahorse keep what it hears?

No, not unless you tap Record. The sound is analysed on your phone as it plays and thrown away. Nothing is uploaded. See the privacy page.

What if I'm sensitive to motion or flashing?

Seahorse is being built to follow your Reduce Motion setting, and every look is being checked against the flash limit before release.

Can I show it on a TV or projector?

Yes. Use AirPlay to send the picture alone to the screen. The phone keeps the controls.

Check that recording is fine with the band and the venue.
